I never did fasting but I would love to try. I am praying for myself for healing in my body I need my weight gone so I can move better. I had lost all of my mobility back in 2022 and gained some of it back except my walking completely. I believe Jesus is my Lord and Savior in my heart he’s my Alpha and Omega. I love my heavenly father with all my heart. I am confused and worried about myself and my life. I want to do it better fomyselfme so I can do o for myself again. I know it says when two or more agree on things prayers are answered and I believe in the almighty savior
