Feel free to submit as many prayer requests as you like! I have a special friend in the military overseas. He and a colleague are in a dangerous situation and need immediate prayers. They are in need of a rescue that has been denied them. Please pray! Please pray for my friend, Blake Knight, who is currently in the hospital on life support. We are waiting on scans to come back for brain activity. His brother, Brian Metcalf, is at the hospital with him. Please pray for healing and for strength for Brian through this difficult time. Please pray for my husband’s uncle, Larry Lowe, who had a stroke last Sunday morning (5/29) & is still in the hospital unconscious. He had back to back brain surgeries to relieve the brain swelling so we pray his body is just taking it’s time to rest, recover, and heal but hope that he wakes up soon. Please pray there was no brain damage due to the swelling & that he makes a full recovery. I am continuously praying for my husband, he attends church with us most of the time, but he does not necessarily see Jesus Christ as our lord and savior.. and I always feel like service talks directly to us. I’ve been a member here 8 years, him & I have been together for almost 5. I am praying over him and his heart constantly for events and life to bring him to Jesus. So I just got out of something really bad and I just need prayer because I ended up getting several infections and now my body is really messed up and I just really need healing mentally and physically Please pray for me my husband left me I’m having to go through a divorce after 11 year marriage. And that God will help me find a place to live soon! I’m dealing with grief over loss of my last parent. Thank you for the prayers! Please Pray for my father Jim Hickman, my mom Len Hickman and all my family. Tuesday May 17th my dad had an outpatient Meniscus repair that went well. At 7:30 that night he called out for my mom and she went into the next room where he was and he was having a seizure and then went into cardiac arrest. She immediately started performing CPR until help arrived. Once the EMS arrived they were able to get a pulse back and transported him to the local hospital. All test have been normal except that he has suffered an anoxic brain injury. The coming days will be very difficult in deciding how to proceed. We are praying for a miracle and if a miracle is not in Gods will then we pray for peace for our family as we make these decisions and face the days ahead. I have a special prayer request for a family member who is in dire need of rental home. On April 12 this year I was given a shot of Toradol for pain directly into my bloodstream. My body had an extreme reaction and caused me to go into an immune system storm. Since April, I am still off and on having allergic reactions randomly to anything put in my body. This even includes water. I found out last week I now have diabetes (type2), and chronic kidney disease stage 3B. My number is 30. Stage 4 begins at 29. This kidney disease is becoming more severe by the day. Yesterday, May 21, I was having kidney pain only to discover I now have a kidney stone. I would appreciate your prayers and I know that I’m in God’s hands. Because this is way bigger than I can handle. Please also pray for my husband Rodney, whose walking right beside me through this. My daughter is seeking the job that God wants her to have. She has been faithful in believing that God is in control, and has met with disappointment after disappointment. She is having some very difficult matters occurring at the same time. My granddaughter is her biggest blessing, and she desperately wishes to provide for her. This weighs heavily on her heart. Pray that she has discernment and hope . . . and that she finds the job God leads her to have, and to not be discouraged during the wait.
